According to preliminary results of 99,88% of the polling stations processed, the coalition of 13 Albanian parties – Democratic Party of Kosovo, Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Initiative for Kosovo and 10 other parties insured 33,98% of vote, Self-Determination Movement which ran alone insured 27,12%, whereas the coalition of Kosovo’ Democratic League, New Kosovo Alliance and Alternative of Justice Movement 25,74% of votes.
Among the subjects of minority communities, the Civic Initiative Serb List (Gradanska Inicijativa Srpska Lista) insured an estimated share of 5,90%.

According to Kosovo press, the preliminary results of vote count the coalition of DPK will have 39 seats, Self-Determination Movement 32 seats – 1 more than calculated after the announcement of preliminary results, 1 less for coalition of KDL – 29 seats.

These numbers render it impossible for any entity to form the next govt even in the case of getting the support of 20 deputies representing the minority communities, 10 Serbs and 10 others in the Kosovo parliament of 120 seats.

After early parliamentary elections this early summer, Kosovo this year in autumn, on October 22, will hold local elections on schedule, four years after November 3, 2013.
